While every effort has been made by us to ensure your order arrives to you well, we recommend you to inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item. Please note that we do not accept refund requests but can provide an exchange if the product you have received has signs of defects or damage.
All products must be unworn or unused and still be in their original packaging with tags intact. We will not accept any exchange requests if product has shown signs of usage or has been tempered with. For hygiene purposes, swimwear and pacifiers are not exchangeable.
